Our client is an outstanding not-for-profit organisation seeking Internal Resourcing Coordinator to join their team for a three month temporary contract. This will be a full time position working from home, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of contract extension and join the resourcing team on a permanent basis. Laptop will of course be provided and sent to you for ease with full online onboarding to support your training.
The role wil involve the following key responsibilities:
- Pre-secrrening and shortlisting of candidates
- CV searching
- Arranging of interviews
- Provide ongoing support for Regional Managers based on their recruitment needs
- Working closely with the Resourcing Assistants to ensure smooth recruitment activity
- Act as a comprehnsive support function to the Head of Resourcing for ad-hoc tasks and future projects
Successful candidates will have the following qualities and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience within a HR, Internal Recruitment, or agency Recruitment Consultant role
- Experience of meeting deadlines and targets
- Excellent relationship building skills
- High proficiency with Micrsoft Office products
- A superb team player with the ability to work flexibly according to business requirements
