Security / Porter
Work for our clients, a luxury student accommodation provider based in Falmouth.
This role is to support the Accommodation Manager in providing a professional service during the weekends, ensuring all onsite facilities are maintained in excellent working order and all duties are completed. Ensuring a professional service is maintained at all times as you are the point of contact for the owners and occupiers of the students' apartments.
Working hours/Rate:
£11per hour
Saturdays & Sundays 20:00pm - 04:00am
Duties and responsibilities:
* Welcome all residents in an approachable and friendly manner.
* Be available at published times to deal with any queries, hand out mail.
* Security
* Undertake security checks and CCTV monitoring.
* Carry out external and internal patrols.
* Under supervision, manage all risk and safety properly.
* Maintain proper and accurate records of all site checks
* Fire Alarm response.
Skills/Attributes
* Customer service experience, both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Confident when speaking with residents.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide examples of problem solving.
* Remain calm under pressure
