A wonderful opportunity for a Talent Partner to join a busy HR team within a fantastic organisation, supporting with a wide range of talent acquistion activities. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, remotely.
This position will include the following key responsibilities:
- Source for candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms where active and passive candidates can be identified
- Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs
- Identify talent through sourcing strategies including; cold calling, referrals and internal networks
- Build Pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions and departments
- Develop industry-specific partnerships for networking purposes
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate, identify, and summarize relevant experience and skills
- Schedule interviews to present qualified, interested, candidates to Hiring Managers
- Schedule travel for candidates as necessary
- Sending out regional recruiting communication to employees on open positions
- Prepare requisitions for approval and post internally and externally
- Prepare and deliver offer letters-monitor for signed and returned offers
- Special projects involving process improvements
- Works with Director of HRBP to build and execute a cost effective recruiting strategic plan for the Region
- Conduct and assist with monitoring pre-employment background checks for candidates where relevant
- Work with HRBP's to establish course of action for background checks needing further review where relevant
- Serve as point of contact for all administrative functions as it relates to the act of hiring
- Prepare and deliver offer letters-monitor for signed and returned offers
The following skills, qualities and experience is required:
- Human Resources or Business Management Degree
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex initiatives
- Strong Business Acumen Skills
- Proven track record on innovative change
- Ability to influence without authority
- Fluent in English
- Strong process orientation
