Our client is an exciting and fast growing B Corp certified PR agency seeking a talented, sustainability focused Account Manager to join their lovely team! This role will mean you are the first point of contact for each client, responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the accounts, and driving the tactical implementation of communications programmes to meet and exceed client expectations. You will also play an instrumental role in supporting the client's marketing, business development and internal initiatives. This is a full time hybrid position with excellent opportunities for progression.

This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for the client on a day to day basis
  • Manage multiple projects of varying scope and size, applying experience and intuition to prioritise effectively
  • Translate agreed strategies and programmes into effective tactical implementation that meets and exceeds client expectations
  • Monitor the delivery of activity against agreed programme KPIs
  • Combine PR creativity with knowledge of the client and industry to identify news hooks, angles and thought leadership themes that deliver against each programme's communications objectives
  • Deliver strategic, insight led writing with guidance on approach from senior team
  • Manage resourcing of day-to-day account activity including mentoring junior team members and marshalling wider team resources
  • Apply commercial awareness to the running of accounts and scope cost estimates for basic projects
