My client is an exciting Newbury based consultancy firm seeking a fluent Dutch speaking Account Manager to join their Customer Support team, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will build strong relationships with clients and support the wider team, working together to deliver great work.
This interesting and varied role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Returning orders to the manufacturer
- Assisting in claims when damaged parts are delivered
- Parts identification queries
- Tracking undelivered/back ordered parts
- Other customer support queries
The perfect candidate will posses the following skills, qualities and experience:
- Fluency in both Dutch and English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
- Positive personality who will fit into a young and vibrant team
- IT Skills – ideally experience in SAP, Excel and Outlook
