The role:
A bi-lingual speaking Technical Support Specialist – 2nd line support Content Manager, is required to join an exciting and forward-thinking company based in Reading. The company is seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide support within the customer services unit ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to customers across the companies range of clients.


 The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as experience in:

Ensuring content distribution is aligned to content standards

Monitoring performance metrics

Providing support for content delivery

Guiding and assisting content partners with integration into business systems

Leading on the concept and layout designs for documentation e.g. installation leaflets, user guides, data sheets and marketing literature


25 days annual leave (plus 8 standard bank holidays). This exceeds the statutory entitlement to holiday which is 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (28 days for someone working five days a week) where Bank Holidays can be included in the minimum entitlement.

Salary is £34,000
