The role:
A German speaking Technical Support Specialist – 1st line support, is required to join an exciting and forward-thinking company based in Reading. The company is seeking a highly motivated candidate to provide support within the customer services unit ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to customers across the companies range of clients.

Experience:

 The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as experience in:

  • Technical problem solving.
  • Previous Helpdesk environments.
  • Microsoft Exchange.
  • Using call logging software.
  • Working to tight deadlines when required.

Rewards:

25 days annual leave (plus 8 standard bank holidays). This exceeds the statutory entitlement to holiday which is 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (28 days for someone working five days a week) where Bank Holidays can be included in the minimum entitlement.

Salary is £25,000
