Overview

Ellisknight are working with a subsidiary of a major employer in Bicester. we are seeking a purchase ledger clerk on a permanent basis. The department is exceptionally busy, and you will be part of a team of 4 who will be processing over 70,000 transactions per year.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Inputting and scanning of invoices, ensuring approved in accordance with correct authorisation limits
  • Printing invoices from major parts supplier portals and ensuring processed in a timely manner
  • Ensuring the invoice inbox is emptied daily and all invoices processed
  • Reconciling supplier statements promptly each month
  • Assisting with supplier payment runs
  • Ensuring payments made are promptly allocated
  • Filing of statements
  • Dealing with supplier and site queries
  • Working to deadlines and assisting with month end tasks where necessary
  • Adhering to business processes
  • Processing of staff expenses
  • Processing of credit card expenses

Salary £18k – £21k
